Our role is to envision the journey we set out for the guests by creating bespoke spa menus, retreats and the option of ongoing spa management.

As the company behind the spa-on-board, we will have a direct and impactful relationship with each vessel. Building on both internal and external relationships. We work alongside your design team to guide them on equipment requirements and room fixtures. Along with the owner or their representation team with regard to specialist product and equipment proposals and estimates. Our scope is far-reaching working with not just your designers but the project, interior and engineering teams both shore side and on board within the spaces that the treatments will be carried out and that which the guest journeys through - sharing our passion, knowledge and professional dedication.

How We Work
After an initial consultation of what your requirements may be - working directly with the vessel, the management company and/or the owner's representative - we will present you with a proposal which sets out our intention for the vessel, agreement, fee and timeline. This would be based on the vision and concept, detailed design guidance, pre-launch budgets, equipment and product supplies and training.

Should your focus be solely on bespoke spa menus, retreats and the option of ongoing spa management we would advise on our strategic vision to see this implemented and rolled out within a set time frame.
